INDOOR PLANT - Dracaena Marginata - Sculpted - in 30cm Pot

Dracaena Marginata or Madagascar Dragon Tree Plants, make a huge impact as an indoor plant. They grow to be tall trees that are really visually stunning in any space.
The growth pattern of the Dragon Tree Plant can be more favourable too some than other Dracaena's as they tend to remain quite slender and tall even after many years and still looks great even when it's reaching its maximum indoor height. The stems are stiff and sturdy so it can also fully support itself without any help from you.

Dracaenas originate from Africa and belong to the Yucca family.  Translated (from its Greek origin) Dracaena means “Female Dragon” as they do have a fine red strip running down the centre of its tri-coloured foliage.

Dracaena's are excellent at purifying the air from harmful and toxic substances, which make them great for an office space or living area.

The Dragon Tree plant is a light-loving plant, but it does not like direct sunlight as it will burn the tips of their leaves. Filtered light is perfect for a Dragon Tree. In summer, it can stand on the balcony or courtyard, but in a spot that it does not get direct sun.

Dracaena's prefers regular but moderate watering. In spring, summer and early autumn, Dracaena's should be watered  every week. In winter, water your Dragon Tree less often, after allowing the soil to dry out fully.

A Dracaena will love the functionality of a 37.5cm Mr Kitly pot. Alternatively simple pop it large sized concrete look Presley or Alfie pot for a sophisticated look!
