Shipping / Return Policy

CLICK & COLLECT

In store pick up is available from our Torquay location during normal business hours.   You will receive a text or email from us when your order is ready for you to pick up, normally within 24 hours. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

If your delivery address is within 15km of our business location we will automatically upgrade your order to free delivery.   

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Sendle.  Rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order and are much cheaper than using Australia Post.  ETA will depend on your location with an estimate based on current delivery time frames for your address shown on our shipping page before purchase.  Tracking information will be communicated to you as soon as your parcel is booked for Sendle collection.  

 

RETURNS

Non living items can be returned for a full refund of the item price if received back in original condition.  We don't accept return postage on plants - if you plant arrives in less than perfect condition please contact us so we can help.  No returns available on sale items.
