INDOOR / OUTDOOR PLANT - String of Pearls in 9.5cm Pot
String of pearls plants are a unique vining succulent that are easily recognisable by their almost spherical, tiny pea-shaped leaves. The leaves grow on trailing stems that gracefully spill over the sides of planters and hanging baskets.
The Senecio Rowleyanus, or String of Pearls, natural habitat is the deserts of East Africa but we think this quirky cascading succulent will be beautiful in any local garden, courtyard or home.
LIGHT
Full sun to part shade in the afternoon is perfect for these hanging succulent baskets. They do love being outside as a first option. If inside ensure they are receiving lots of light.
WATER
Allow the top 2cm of the soil to dry out before re-watering. As a guide this might be a full wetting of all the soil every 2 weeks during the growing season and very little during winter.
