OUTDOOR / INDOOR PLANT - Senecio 'Angel Tears'
The beautiful 'Angel Tears' is a gorgeous mosaic variegated Senecio with leaves which resemble tear drops and pinkish stems. It is related to its succulent 'cousin' the String of Pearls but with the added bonus of being faster growing - the long strings can easily reach a meter long within a year.
'Angels Tears' is suitable for hanging baskets indoors or outdoors or outdoors in retaining walls and living walls where the teardrop covered stands can hang freely.
LIGHT
Full sun - part shade is perfect for these hanging succulents.
WATER
Allow the top 2cm of the soil to dry out before re-watering. As a guide this might be a full wetting of all the soil every 2 weeks during the growing season and very little during winter.
WE RECOMMEND PLANTING IN...
When choosing a pot for these gorgeous 'Angel Tears' look for one with a drainage hole, succulents do not like sitting in soggy soil, that is 3-5cm larger than the pot it is currently in.
For the 13cm basket we would recommend a 15cm (ish) pot - a Birch pot would make a lovely choice. If you are wanting to hang this beauty select either a small Nest pot would make for a lovely choice.
